Enabling MISTRO with Kaspersky Internet Security Firewall
To enable MISTRO Farm5 and the MISTRO Internet Link to work when running Kaspersky Internet Security Firewall you may need to create exceptions in the firewall. To do this follow the instructions below:
1. Right click on the Kaspersky Internet Security icon in your system tray (this is the area at the bottom right of your computer near the clock). If the Kaspersky Internet Security icon is not displaying click the leftward facing arrow to display all of the hidden icons.

2. When you right click on the Kaspersky Internet Security icon a menu will be displayed. Left click on Settings.
3. The Settings window will be displayed. You need to click on Sytem Security in the left hand menu, and then under the Firewall section in the main panel click on Settings.

4. Click on the Applications tab to display the applications on your computer. If you have opened MISTRO Farm 5 at any time both MISTROFARM.EXE and MISTROFARMLINK.EXE will be displayed in the list of Applications. You may need to scroll to the bottom of the list to see them.

5. Right click on the icon under Operating System in the MISTROFARM.EXE line, and left click on Allow.

6. Right click on the icon under Confidential data in the MISTROFARM.EXE line, and left click on Allow.

7. Right click on the icon under Rights in the MISTROFARM.EXE line, and left click on Allow.

8. Right click on the icon under Networks in the MISTROFARM.EXE line, and left click on Allow.

9. You now need to click on the MISTROFARMLINK.EXE line and complete steps 5 through to 8 for the MISTRO Farm Link program.

10. When you have chosen Allow for all sections click OK and close all Kaspersky windows.
