4.2 Blue cows (F9)
Blue cows are those which have been treated with drugs and are currently still within the milk withhold period for that treatment. It is essential that you have your drug cupboard set up correctly in MISTRO Farm for this feature to operate correctly in MISTRO Shed.
To view the cows which should have their milk withheld from the vat, press the F9 key.
The cows that should not be milked into the vat are listed at the left of the screen. Using the up and down arrow keys, you can move the cursor through the list of cows. As you do, the information of each cow is displayed at the right of the screen. You have the date and time that milk should be withheld from the vat, and a list of all the treatments the cow has received. The system works best if you record EVERY treatment given. Every tube give to a cow is recorded. That way, when the relief milkers come in, they can see exactly what that cow has been treated with.
