After you have made changes in Pocket and want to save the data back to Farm the steps are:
1.   Run a HotSync from the device.  This copies the information from the Palm back to a file on your computer.  If Farm is open then it will detect the HotSync and start importing data, otherwise you can select Sync Pocket from the Pocket > Palm OS menu in Farm.  This reads in the data from the Pocket file and updates the Farm database, and then it creates a file of updates for the next HotSync.
2.   Run another HotSync from the device.  This copies the all the updates back to the Palm device.

If you have really messed up all you data on Pocket and want to start again from the data that is in Farm:
1.   From Pocket in the Options there is a button to Delete data, do this.
2.   From Farm menu Pocket > Palm OS > Full Export.  This exports all required data overwriting any changes ready for the next HotSync.
3.   Run another HotSync from the device.  This copies the all Pocket data to the Palm device.
